OPEN LETTER INVITING PARTICIPATION IN A CHARITY MISSION
SHARING SUPPORT WITH 900 HOUSEHOLDS IN DIEN DIEN COMMUNE (KHANH HOA) & O LOAN (PHU YEN) AFTER THE FLOODS

Dear: Esteemed Members of the Advisory Board and Executive Committee of HASI,

In the spirit of sharing and spreading warmth to families affected by the recent floods,
the Ho Chi Minh City Supporting Industry Association (HASI), in collaboration with the
Saigon Entrepreneurs Association, is jointly organizing a charity mission to provide relief assistance to residents in Phu Yen and Khanh Hoa provinces.

The program is expected to deliver:

• 300 relief packages in O Loan – Phu Yen, each household receiving VND 1,000,000 in cash plus gifts

• 600 relief packages in Dien Dien Commune – Khanh Hoa, each household receiving VND 500,000 in cash

The total estimated budget for the program is VND 600,000,000 (cash and in-kind donations), of which HASI will contribute VND 300,000,000 in cash.

As of now, HASI has mobilized VND 236,000,000 and sincerely hopes to continue receiving the generous support and contributions of distinguished members to ensure the program is carried out fully and effectively, bringing meaningful assistance to families in need.

PROGRAM SCHEDULE

December 15 – Journey from Ho Chi Minh City to Phu Yen

• 04:30: Departure from SALA – District 2, Ho Chi Minh City

• 15:00: Distribution of 300 relief packages in O Loan – Phu Yen

• 17:00: Transfer to Phu Yen City, hotel check-in and rest

December 16 – Phu Yen → Khanh Hoa → Ho Chi Minh City

• 08:30: Departure from Phu Yen to Khanh Hoa (estimated travel time: 4 hours)

• 13:00: Distribution of 600 relief packages in Dien Dien Commune – Khanh Hoa

• 15:00: Departure back to Ho Chi Minh City
  (Estimated dinner stop and farewell to the delegation; travel time approximately 5 hours)

The Organizing Committee respectfully invites you to accompany us on this meaningful journey, either through direct participation or financial contribution.

Your presence and support will contribute to achieving the target of VND 300,000,000, bringing encouragement and warmth to families facing hardship in Phu Yen and Khanh Hoa.
